- Throughout St Clair and Sanilac Counties
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with ADLs
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Companionship
- Transportation and /or errands
- General household assistance
Our Stacking Method ( How cases are assigned and case load)
Caregivers are assigned as many as 2 or 3 cases a day for a 6 to 9 hour day. Duration of shifts is intentional as core of our staffing strategy is to “stack” cases. This allows for more flexibility in aide’s schedule, prevents burnout and boredom. We do staff and have respite case opportunities, which are shifts up to 6 to 9 hours. These cases are typically on the weekend, but can be during the week as well. All cases assigned are typically within a 10 to 15 mile radius. This ensures more time with family and client with less time on the road driving to and from clients. If interested in joining our Team, please use the apply here button for your state.

Counties in Michigan.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA License or HHA Certificate (If Applicable)
- Current Level II Background Screening (AHCA If Applicable)
- Must be able to pass required background checks
- Current CPR
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- HIV / AIDS Certification (If Applicable)
- Alzheimer’s Certification
